Eddie Hall Breaks Silence on Viral Rage Clip: “I’d Do It All Again to Protect My Kids”

Retired strongman champion Eddie Hall has spoken out after being caught on camera running after a car, shouting, 'I'll rip your head off.'

Hall — now a British MMA fighter after his World's Strongest Man win — was seen trying to confront motorists following a heated altercation near his home in Staffordshire, where they reportedly caused a late-night disturbance.

A viral video making the rounds online shows 2017 World's Strongest Man, Eddie Hall, 37, shouting and swearing at the driver of a blue BMW, threatening, "I'll twist your f**ing head off"* as the car sped away. The moment — intense and clearly heated — was filmed by a nearby motorist, who claimed the confrontation left his young daughter shaken. While the clip only captures the tail end of the argument, Hall later explained that the incident began off-camera after his children were startled by repeated honking outside their home. Since then, Hall has taken to social media to share his side of the story and explain why he reacted the way he did.

The 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner, now 37 and a rising MMA fighter, is defending his actions after being filmed shouting threats at the driver of a blue BMW in front of his Staffordshire home. The clip, recorded by a nearby motorist, shows Hall furiously yelling, “I’ll rip your f**ing head off!”* — an outburst that the driver later claimed frightened his daughter.

But according to Hall, that 30-second video only tells part of the story.

"This video has been going viral across the internet painting me as a bad guy who smashes cars up, threatens people and upsets kids," Hall posted on X.
"Well the truth is now Live on my YouTube channel so please look at both sides of the story before judging!"

🚗 "DON'T VISIT MY HOUSE": Hall Tells His Side

In a 30-minute YouTube video titled “DON’T VISIT MY HOUSE,” Hall laid out exactly what he says happened that night — and why he stands by how he handled it.

"3 blacked out cars circled my kids' home last night at 9pm revving engines, beeping horns, looking into the property and wouldn't leave when asked to do so... things escalated and here you're seeing the last 30 seconds of a total of an 18-minute harassment of my kids’ peaceful place of sanctuary."

He described sitting outside with his son, enjoying a cigar and quiet time by the fire, when his wife Alex told him about the cars that had parked and refused to leave.

“I am having to defend myself through the s*-slinging match that is happening online at the minute. A video has been posted which is the last 30 seconds of an 18-minute interaction.”**

According to Hall, the group remained parked for over 17 minutes even after being asked to leave twice — once politely, and then more forcefully.

“I have just come back from a fight in Poland. I literally come here to see my kids,” he said.
“We were talking about nice things... I looked on the CCTV and they are still there.”

“I’ve got no intention but to get these people to leave my property. I don’t want to hurt them, I don’t want to aggravate them — I just want them to leave.”

Hall claims he didn’t know children were inside the cars due to tinted windows and no verbal indication from inside. Moments later, as the cars finally began to leave, things boiled over.

📹 The Moment That Went Viral

In the viral clip, Hall is heard yelling:

“Hey, get out, get out you fing pk... I'll fing rip your head, I'll twist your fing head off. All of you get out, I'll rip your f**ing head off.”*

On YouTube, Hall explained:

"I am just telling him to leave. I don't want to hear anything he has to say... just f* off."**

“The last bit of the interaction looks really bad. But when you get the context, you will understand.”

Hall said the man then sarcastically asked for a picture with his kids, which sent him over the edge.

"You want me to respect your children's emotions — what about my kids’ emotions?"

The situation escalated further when Hall says the driver threatened him.

"He then starts creeping away and says, ‘I'm going to knock you the f* out.’ Of course, after 18 minutes, you see red. I'm protecting my kids, so I blow up.”**

Hall said he chased the car, trying to grab the man's phone, not hurt him:

“I didn’t manage to get a hold of the guy at all — unfortunately.”

“As he is filming me down the road, my crocs came off. I’m lucky I didn’t fall on my face.”

📱 Accuser Speaks Out — And Hall Fires Back

Hall also addressed the now-deleted post by the person who filmed and uploaded the footage. Referring to him only as "Callum," Hall said he wanted to avoid online harassment and blurred the man's name and face.

“Vigilantes beeping their horn and offering him out for a fight — he has got kids. I don’t want anything to happen to this gentleman other than this response to clear my name.”

Callum claimed:

“Big Eddie Hall coming smashing our cars and punching me in the jaw and scaring the kids for no reason... went to a local pub close to Eddie Hall for my cousin’s 10th birthday... wanted to show him where Eddie lives — what a way to ruin a 10-year-old’s birthday.”

“Not to mention the stress caused to my missus who is 37 weeks pregnant.”

But Hall strongly denied any physical assault.

“He’s saying I punched him in the jaw and smashed the cars up. Did you see any of that in the video? If I had hit him, he would have said ouch. I did not touch the guy whatsoever. He is a liar. He is trying to suit the narrative.”

He also showed CCTV footage of the cars parking and a woman appearing to argue with Hall’s wife.

“If there was a third warning, then it would get nasty,” Hall added.
“I just saw red. I'm sorry. He was outside my house for 18 minutes. Harassing us. Stalking. Revving engines, beeping horns. You don’t do it. I was just so angry.”

🛑 No More Visitors — Message to Fans

Hall also addressed his fans directly, clarifying he’s not against meeting people — just not at his house.

“I did not mean to upset your children... If you want to get a picture with me, I am out on the street loads and I never say no to kids.”

“We have had enough. No one is welcome at my home. This is a place of peace. You are not breaking that peace.”

“It was justified — I stand by my actions. If it happened again, I would do exactly the same again.”

“You have tried to paint me as a thug, as someone who is a bully, who has no emotions and doesn’t care about children. You have defamed me by what you have done.”
